Bespoke Marquees - Manufactured to Order

Bespoke marquees are custom-designed and manufactured to meet the customer's specific needs and requirements.

The manufacturing process certainly does vary depending on the materials, design, and features requested, but here is a general overview of how these are typically manufactured:

1. Design and Planning:
   - The process begins with a consultation between us and the customer to determine specific needs and preferences. This includes the size of the marquee, the type of event it will be used for, any special features required (e.g., windows, doors, flooring, lighting), and the overall aesthetic.

2. Materials Selection:
   - Once the design is finalised, the we will select the appropriate materials based on the requirements and what has been agreed upon. Common materials for marquee construction include PVC or canvas for the roof and walls, aluminium or steel for the frame, and various accessories like flooring, lighting, and climate control systems.

3. Frame Construction:
   - The frame of the marquee is typically constructed from aluminium or steel tubing. Each frame component is cut, shaped, and welded or assembled according to the design specifications.

4. Fabrication of Roof and Walls:
   - The roof and wall panels are typically made from durable PVC or canvas material. These panels are cut to size and shape, and any necessary reinforcements or reinforcements for windows and doors are added.

5. Assembly:
   - The frame and fabric panels are assembled together according to the design. This may include the installation of tensioning systems to ensure the fabric is stretched taut to avoid ponding and properly fitted over the frame.

6. Optional Features Installation:
   - If the bespoke marquee includes optional features such as windows, doors, flooring, lighting, or heating/cooling systems, these are installed during this stage.

7. Quality Control:
   - We conduct quality control checks stage-by-stage to ensure that the marquee is built to the specifications and meets safety standards. This may include inspections of the frame, fabric, stitching, and any installed accessories.

8. Transport and Installation:
   - Once the marquee is completed and passes quality control checks, it is disassembled for transportation as agreed during consultation. Our team of experienced craftsmen will assemble / erect the marquee and set it according to the customer's requirements. Please ensure to request the installation service if that is required.

As already mentioned above, it is important to note that the manufacturing process vary depending on the complexity of the marquee design. Customisation options are virtually endless, and we will work closely with customers to create a marquee that meets your specific needs and vision.

We await your call to discuss your requirements.
