Our most popular marquee hire sizes are listed below. Under normal conditions, each size accommodates the stated number of people (seated or standing) in the capacity column. Please make substantial allowances to meet the appropriate safety regulations (as brought on by COVID19) and any general social distancing guidelines (if such rules are being enforced), when considering which size to order. We have alternative wood flooring options for all our marquee sizes, should carpet matting not be preferred. Please contact us with your marquee hire requirements for us to provide a quote.

Not sure if you have adequate space for any of our sizes? Why not measure the length and width of your location of choice and use the conversion tools at metric conversions to give you an idea the likely size you can accommodate. Our marquee sizes have been approximated and as a guide 10 feet is approximately 3 metres.

All our marquees can be erected on grass or hard surfaces. Surfaces must be fairly level and clear off any obstacles, sharp and hazardous objects.

Approximately 610mm or 2ft of clear space is required along all sides of the marquee for safe erecting, during use and take down.

Matting flooring can only be safely installed on grass.

Prices shown are for erecting marquees on a level grass site with clear and unobstructed vehicle access. A surcharge will be made for all non-grass sites and for sites with difficult or limited vehicular access.

A travel charge may also be incurred according to distances involved. This may also include bridge or highway toll charges where applicable.

All prices listed are for a weekend event or weekday hire – for longer hire periods, please contact us for a quotation.

We endeavour to erect all marquees as early as practicable – this enables ample time for you to set up furniture/accessories and to decorate your marquees.
